Hello,
we are planning to migrate our servers and we would like to know whether we can set up Mirroring between SQL Server 2005 32 bits and SQL Server 64 bits enteprise during our migration which will probably last 1 or 2 weeks.
What do you think? Possible or not?
Many thanks for any help or hint in advance,
M.

Unlikely. It's not the 32 bit/64 bit. It's that you're trying to mirror between two different versions of SQL.
You can try and set it up, but I doubt it will work, especially not if the 2008 box is the principal. There were some small changes to mirroring, but the result is that the 2005 server won't understand what the 2008 is sending it.
Edit: See this section in Books Online - "How to: Minimize Downtime for Mirrored Databases When Upgrading Server Instances"
