    Trying to find Microsoft BenchCraft TPC-E Tool Kit, I tried searching this but no luck

    Try to use Dell Benchmark Factory app, It also has TPC-E testing capability.

    Microsoft BenchCraft ? Never heard about it. Have you tried Hammer db?

    This is a tool which is accessible only for internal testing from Microsoft and its Not available for public.
