Does anyone know about a workaround for providing metadata information of measures or calculated members to the Excel user ?
Often measures and derived calculated members can look alike, so it is always handy the user has a cheat-sheet with definitions at hand.
I am thinking about some kind of SSAS Action on a measure which, by using the name of the measure, permits the Excel user to retrieve information of the measure (its description, or some definition) in a SSRS report or on an intranet page ?
