  What are the criteria to estimate how many subscribers my current Publisher/Distributor server can handle? How to plan for server upgrade based on increasing number of subscribers?

  Publisher/Distributor: SQL Server 2008 R2, 64 bit

  Subscriber: SQL Server 2008 Express, filtered subscriptions only

  How many number of subscribers are you doing to add if any?

  You could test accordingly.
