MDX Stored Procedures

    Do we create stored procedures(with parameters) using MDX querying.

    why because i am creating a report using SSRS using SSAS Cube .

    i am unable to set the parameters for the report.

    Can any one help in this Topic.

    Stores procedures in Analysis Services do not do what you are thinking. To access a cube for reporting you need to use MDX.

    Reporting Services will allow you to use parameters for your MDX statement. It basically does it for you when you set filters on the query using the MDX builder.
