massive performance problems

    to get a point where they're comming from,

    i think a select for the actual table sizes in the DB

    would get me an impression where to look !!

    does anyone have a statement for that ?

    (MSSQL 2005)

    I think you need to read articles on performance tuning.  The size of the table may have absolutely nothing to do with slow running queries.

    Do you have an exemple of a slow runnign query you need us to help with or you need something more general?
