Mapped drive is not visible in windows 2003 server standard edition

    Hi,

       when i try to restore the database from the mapped drive (where my .bak file resides )through Enterprise manager or query analyser my mapped drive is not visible /not accessable.

    Let me know if any property or privilage has to set to get access the .bak file or

    Server Details

    Sqlserver  SQL SERVER 2000 Standard Edition sp3

    OS          windows Server  2003  Standard Edition

    Are you logged into the server locally, or are you trying to restore the database from a client workstation?  When you browse for folders during a restore, the drives that are listed are those visible to the server, not your workstation.

    I have logged in  locally from remote through Remote Desktop Connection.It is working fine in Windows 2000 Server but not in Win 2003.

    For info i am able to copy the files from mapped drive to local folder through windows explorer.
