Maintenance Plan Errors

  We are getting an error on a Maintenance Plan.  We can not delete or change it.  the errors are

  Parameter cannot be Null

  Parameter name Component: (system Design)

  And this message comes when we try to create a new MP.

   We are running SQL Server 2005 and just applied SP 2 on Windows 2003 SP2.

  Any help would be appreciated.
