Dear Members,
I need an alert type of solution when the Job Processor fails.
Is it possible to send a mail automatically when an sql job processor fails with out using
Sql mail concept which is available in sql server.
Please help me regarding this issue which will helps mme a lot.

Why would you not want to use the built-in mailing capabilities of SQL Server? You have not posted this in an appropriate forum so I don't know what version of SQL Server you are using either.
If you don't want to use SQL Mail you would have to write a custom process that monitors msdb.dbo.sysjobhistory.

Do you mean when any JOB fails or when the Job Processor(SQL Agent) fails? These are completely different things.
And why don't you want to use the built-in mail facilities?
And what version of SQL Server are you using?
And why are you posting this here?...
