Without knowing your environment in details, it's like a shot in the dark. Maybe you should get some consulting advise on that. In the meantime, this might be of some help:

I don't think you'll get the excellent responses that you need from online communities. You should really consider some consulting advise who can determine your needs and requirements right at your place. Sorry, if I expressed myself a bit unclear.
