Hi there,
I have 3 databases logshipping all at different times. However they fail intermittently

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, the other dbs are using the same user so I cant see why it fails and when I take off logshipping it works for a while and then fails again.

I have seen log shipping restore jobs fail when the copy job is still running due to a large log file. A reindex job was the culprit in my case.
You may try lowering your backup/restore interval to keep the logs smaller.

check the logshipping tables in msdb, should give you more of a clue as to why it failed

cheers guys I have sorted it out, i changed the restore times to 30 mins and it seems to be working again, fingers crossed it does not break again or i might have to think about db mirroring
