I have a machine that keeps getting failed login attempts from our domain account that we use to run our services and the application listed is "Replication Distribution Agent". The problem is that I have disabled distribution and publication from SSMS and there is nothing relating to replication running on this machine. Can anyone tell me how I can figure out why I am getting these failed login attempts and how to stop them?
