Loan Aplication Form DB Design

    Hi all

    Designing DB on loan application form.

    till now created DB tables on Mortgage,MortgageType,Customer,Cities,States

    My doubt is:

    we have to store Borrower and co borrower information in tables. For that all fields are equal except borrower/co borrower's name.. with different record entries..

    need ur suggestion in designing table for Borrower info and co borrower info..

    fileds includes : Borrowers/Co Borrowers names,SSn,phone,dob,Yrs.school,married/unmarried/separated,present address(state,city,street,zip),ownhouse rent house,if so ow many years staying in rent/own house.

    plz suggest tables design..

    Sir,

    What you are asking is considerably beyond the framework of this forum. Your post is not alot different than this one:

    "Our company is building a new N-tier order entry system. Please submit your designs as soon as possible. Thank You."

    Perhaps as you develop the design you might ask for opinions on one approach Vs. another but keep the scope focused and limited to specific things and you'll get some responses.

    The probability of survival is inversely proportional to the angle of arrival.
