Link between server

  Hi,

  I am able to do a link b/w two server but getting a following error

  Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

  We are running SQL Server Window2003.

  check the authenication mode, is it windows only or mixed.

  if it is windows only then change it to mixed mode.

  Hi Thanks for the replay,

  I did chage the authenication mode to mixed in one server and try to acces this server with other one but getting same message.
