line graph for multi-series has gaps where lines overlap

    Hi

    A graph showing the last 3 years worth of data daily on 3 separate lines, where these lines overlap the lines disappears. I have attached screenshot of the same data plotted on excel and reporting services to show the issue.

    x-axis - date

    y-axis - temperature

    series - year (2008/2009/2010)

    Can I fix this through some setting?

    SQL Server 2008 sp1

    Solved this.

    As data for each year is not recorded on the same day every day, the NULL events were not being displayed in the same colour as the series when more than 1 series was shown.

    I have set an expression for the colour of the series, defaulting my possible years for a specific colour and put the same expression in the EmptyPoint-Color.

    The reporting services graph now displays the same as the excel graph.
