limiting to size SQL2.LOG file

    Do anyone know how to limit the growing size of the sql2.log file. I am having a problem with this file growing too large.

    Are you talking about ODBC trace log file? If you are, go to control panel, ODBC data source administrator to see whether ODBC trace is truned on. Stop the trace and delete the log file. You can change the log file to different name in different location.

    Ignore my reply, I thought you were referring to transaction logs.
