  Hi Guys,

  I have the following question I am hoping that you guys can assist.

  I am fully aware of the MS Licencing requirements for SQL as it currently stands but I can not recall but back in the day say from 2000 I believe you could licence some enterprise versions with the server CAL model.

  Which ones did this apply to and when did it stop and if there are no older licences that are still maintained I believe the only way you can licence these older versions is to buy the new licences and ensure SA is purchased alongside.
