Latency in Transactional Replication

    my PUB as 18GB of Data. I added couple of new tables & fields & need to re-intialize Replication.it took 23 hours to complete the whole process from PUB to DIST & finally on 2 SUB. For SUB-1 where i was only replicatiing 15 Tables took 8 hours & for SUB-2 it took total 23 hours where i saw LATENCY of 19  hrs. not sure where the problem might me. i didn't see any problem on Server Performance. May be Network.

    Any help will be highly appreciated. thanking you in advance.

    That's a lot of data to push out to sunscribers

    All things being equal that is quite a difference between the two subscribers. Do you know if there was any attempted access to the subscribers while you were distributing ?
