In my sql server 2000 i am creating jobschedulingm,alerts,
Those jobs are failes where i can cheack it plz

You can check this with sql Enterprise Manager usually.
Management->SQL Agent->Jobs->right-click show job history
Additional information can be found in the main sql server logs

I had created one job. Know i want to created Meassages to that jobfail or success

I had created one job.
It will execute succesfully
Now i want to created Message for that job
Incase that job will be failes send Message that perticular clinet or user
How can create Message for that job.

If you rightclick on the job in enterprise manager and choose properties, there is a tab "Notifications" (usually the last one)
There you can set up "alerts" when the job completes or fails.
