Job keeps 'finding' its creator

    I have a Backup maintenance plan that keeps reverting back to its original owner/creator.

    I have changed the owner back to the account we use to run jobs, but at random it keeps putting the domain/name back into the owner, then fails because that account doesnt have the correct permissions to execute the job.

    Please tell me someone has seen this, and I am not going crazy.

    If this is a SQL 2005 maintenance plan and the plan is ever updated, the job is recreated and the original plan creator is then assigned as the job owner, could this be the case here?
