Issues detected by Upgrade adviser

    Hi,

    We are upgrading sql server 2000 to 2005 and I ran Upgrade adviser on SQL Server 2000 and I got 2 issues that Iam not able understand. Could you please advice me how to resolve the below issues.

    Timeout expired.The timeout period elapsed prior to complete of the operation or the server is not responding

    COLON USE

    Timeout expired.The timeout period elapsed prior to complete of the operation or the server is not responding

    CREATESTATSWTHROWS

    Will these issues block the in-place upgrade?

    Could you please provide some info on this as Iam stuck here whether I can go head with the in-place upgrade or not?
