Hi ,
Our application has two webservers and and they are hosted on 2 cluster nodes.
Intermitetently one of our node has some memory issues and due to that webserver is down and the users that are connecting to that webserver's are facing the problem
My concern is that is there is any way that users can redirect themselves and connect to other node .
Is this possible at the users end.
Thanks,
Sandhya

No, I do not think the users can do anything from their end.
What kind of memory issues are you getting? If you see anything in the errorlogs, you might want to google them out.
As a quick solution, would be to failover to the node with no problems and get the one with problems checked by a proper server technician and get a daignosis to clear out a hardware issue.

If the failover cluster is working properly a simple refresh of the end-users screen should be enough to establish a new database connection.
Since the end-users connection should be setup looking for a DNS, it should be easily fixed on their end. Though if you are using a failover cluster where the nodes are serving as the domain controllers, you can encounter problems.
