I've been asked to install reporting services on a test server at work. I don't want to install the eval edition due to the 120 day limit. However, the people that manage our microsoft CDs say that it has not yet been released. I can't find anything stating that the specific version (enterprise edition) I am after has been released. The only thing I can find is something on the MSDN site that says the developer edition has a ship date of april 2004. Any information would be appreciated.

We're running Reporting Services on both our SQL Server 2000 Standard and Developer licenses. It IS available. Follow the instruction at http://www.microsoft.com/sql/reporting/howtobuy/default.asp to get a copy of the CD.

So you have the full blown version not the 120 day eval?

As a Microsoft Action Pack subscriber I figured that RS would be shipped automatically. When I didn't get it, I contacted both Microsoft and the MAPS people by email. Microsoft said they would forward my request to MAPS and MAPS said they didn't know if it would be included in their next update. I've pretty much given up for now.
