Is LogonUser method in the ReportingService class available to standart edition?

    Is LogonUser method in the ReportingService class available to standard edition?

    I'm trying to use SOAP to create a list of reports in my aspx file that are available to certain users according to their role as laid out in the manager.

    I was going to explore the LogonUser method in the ReportingService class to see if that would be the avenue to take by my Standard Edition of sql server may not be enough.

    I get an error, "This operation is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services"

    Nope Enterprise Edition of Reporting Service does... oh and developer edition do...

    Does anyone have any suggestions for a work-around?
