Is Asynchronous mirroring available on SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition?

  In SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition, can we configure Asynchronous mode for Mirroring? or only on the Enterprise Edition?

  I know now that Asynchronous mirroring is not allowed on SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.

  Please help...........
