I/O and processor affinity checkboxes disabled/greyed out problem

Hi, I've searched around quite a bit but can't find any info on what might cause this issue. On NumaNode1 and NumaNode3. I can see all of the CPU's there but the checkboxes are disabled.
Any ideas on what could be disabling these? Thanks in advance.

To be clear, I am currently unable to select / deselect processor affinity and I/O affinity for *just* these two processors in the Server Properties > Processors enable window.

Any ideas..anyone? Thanks.
