  I can automate the installation while users are logged in with

  sqlexpr.exe /settings config.INI /qb-

  or

  setup.exe /settings config.INI /qb-

  but it doesn't work if I try to deploy while nobody is logged in, so I can't deploy via our computer build process or with computer based GPO

  any suggestions?
