hi,
Is it possible to install two instances ( one is 32-bit and other one 64-bit) on 64-bit o.s.
Is there any checklist to do that?

Yes, it is possible. Same as installing two instances anywhere.

There is no price difference for 32 bit Vs 64 bit for SQL Server so better go with 64 bit.
