hello, is it possible to install a sql 2008 r2 sp2 instance in a OS 2012 ?

Yes it is. It will run just fine. SQL 2012 doesn't require Windows Server 2012 and SQL 2008 doesn't require Windows 2008. The minimum requirement for both is Windows 2008.
