A dts package is transferring data from sybase to MSSQL server and this package resides in another MSSQL Server.
When inserting data into MSSQL Server it is very slow, around 10 inserts per 1 sec were happening. Select is working fine, no blocks also.
Can any one help me regarding this?

If there is no blocking occurring, then your hardware is extremely slow, or there is a problem with your code.
