Could be the permission issue. Any error in SQL log?

firstly check permissions to the backup share location where the log backups are to be copied from. The sql server agent service on the LS secondary will need permission to access the files.

Have you checked permissions to the primary backup share for the secondarys sql agent account

Resolved.
Permissions are fine.
The problem is with the SQLLogShip.exe in
drive:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\
So i replaced with another exc. Now it is working fine.
