if my SQL Server is setup for integrated security and i do not remember sa pwd how can i reset it?

  I need to be able to connect either via Windows authentication (as it is now) or SQL Server authentication (with admin privileges).
  Noone knows/remembers what SA pwd may be, the person who set it up is long gone.  What can i do?
