ICD10 or SNOMED database

    Hi there!

    Does anyone ever had to work with ICD10 or SNOMED databases?

    Where did you find or downloaded the database with codes to add to your database or to connect your database to?

    How did you keep your database codes updated?

    The site you refer has codes in xml format files which I can import to Sql Server tables.
