HOWTO Change the system collation using setup (rebuilddatabase) and retain data?

  Dears,

  I'm aware of the process of rebuilding system databases using the setup.exe /ACTION=REBUILDDATABASE command, but has somebody a procedure/script to move also the data in master and msdb along to the rebuild databases?
