How to upgrade SSIS packages developed in 2015 SSDT to 2019?

  Hi,  I have developed SSIS packages in 2015 SSDT and now I wanted to deploy these SSIS packages into a server where there is only SSIS 2019 installed. Will this packages work? or it need to be upgrade to 2019 before deployment? Note: my SQL Server DB is 2016 only. Only the SSIS will be 2019 version. Please advise.
