hi,
my problem is that if database is created by administrator in sql sever 2005 but he wants that nobody could access that particular database not whole sql server.......................

Could you explain the situation in more detail please? I'm not sure what you're asking.

If you literally mean "nobody" than the only way I can think of is "DROP DATABASE".

Other than that: AFAIK at least all persons with admin permission on that particular server and people assigned to the SQL Server sysadmin role will be able to access this database.

Lutz is correct. Other administrators will have access, and I'm not sure why they shouldn't have access. What happens if the guy that created it quits?

If you do not assign any rights to other users, they won't be able to access it.
