How to run generate the reports automatically on a schedule time and Email the reports

I had a designed the attendance reprot in SSRS and now i want to run this report on every month end automatically and mail it to the corresponding person.
Is it possible to do it!

If you have enterprise edition then you can use Data Driven Subscriptions. I believe you can do it by hand where you will have to configure each report seperately and schedule it.

Finaly I had found how to send the reprot automatically on a schedule time and Send it to an email and I would like share it.

Step 1 : In Microsoft sql server 2005 --> Configuaration tools --> Reporting Services Configuration

in that check the Email setting is configured. if not configure it.

And check it is configured correctly.

Step 2 : One has to store the server credential of report in report server database.

Step 3 : goto the reprot sever homepage : http://localhost/Reports$SQL2005/Home.aspx

Selecte the report that you want to schedule and send email automatically.

Step 4 : After selecting the reprot you will direct to the report page and you will four tabs and below that you will New Subscription click on that. you will direct to the subscription plan and now you can schedule the by filling all the email id and schedule time and passing default parameters.

I hope, that i had explained accurately.
