How to print text on the last page i.e., like a report footer in a RDLC.

  • My Layout is below:

    Table:

    GroupHeader

    Detail

    GroupFooter

    ---------------------------------------

    ---------------------------------------

5 Text Boxes to show the Grand Totals(I can put this in table but i want to get two horizantal lines here to separate Grand Total row)

Then i have text like below:

    Header Info:

    - Line ONE Data

    - Line TWO Data

    - Line Three Data

    - Line Four Data

    - Line Five Data LINE 1

    Line Five Data LINE 2

This is the layout in report body.(Table, two Lines, 6 texboxes for grand totals, and text as shown below)

So let me know how to proceed further.

Sometimes we display only text in the new page and sometime we display grand totals and text in new page. Which is confusing.

    Thanks

    Suman

  • I'm not sure if I understand you question, but I think you're asking if there is a way to page break between the group header and group trailer. There is not, but I have seen some posts on people who have worked (or hacked) a solution.

Could you add a grouping after this grouping and set it to page break after, thus pushing your group trailer onto a new page? It's not elegant, but it has worked for me.
