Simplest way is by backing up msdb.

You can generate a sql script by right-clicking on Jobs in EM and selecting All Tasks / Generate SQL Script. Run the generated script of the other server. nb. I tend to UNCHECK the "Replace job if it exists" box to minimise my stuff-ups.

Yes, for all jobs, right-click on "jobs" in left pane. For an individual job, right-click on the particular job in right pane.

Another option is to use the DTS Transfer Jobs task. Let's you know what already exists and what doesn't. Just a thought. For sure backing up msdb is the way to backup the jobs.
