i have the file which is delimited by ~ and i can't get the last row i have total row of 60000 and i get the 59999 is there any solution for that..?

Are you seeing that last line only is not being imported?
Check if the last line has any additional data which does not align well with the rest of them.

Or interchange the last two lines and run it again - that will show you whether it's the data, or the place in the file, that is causing the problem.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

i also interchanged my data but i can't get my last row..!in my file..!
