  Hi,

  How to create maintenance plan using script for Update Statistics task, Rebuild index task etc.
  I wish to create maintenance plan in a database installed in remote location (ship).

  try to avoid maintenance plans.
  Take a look at the scripts from Ola Hallengren.

  https://ola.hallengren.com/

  With this kind of scripts, you need no graphical maintenance  plan.
