how to create a table in a different server apart from the server your working

I cannot think of any way that you can do this, without installing some software or service on the remote server. I think that you will have to connect to the remote server.

The only thing I can think of is to use a linked server and execute a procedure on the remote server that creates the table for you.

Right. Similar to what I was thinking of: somehow you have to get that code over there in the first place to handle it for you.
