  Please let me know how to check the

  1. installed SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition 64-bit is PER CORE or SERVER + CAL ?

  2. Expiry date of installed SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition ?

  3. Installed SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition is licensed or not ?

  There is no way. There is no requirement that you enter any kind of license when you install SQL Server.
