How to change my nickname?

    How do I change my nickname in SSC? Even I changed in My Account, it is not showing with the updated one? How do it relate with the login id?

    I found adding an integer is getting changed. Is there any conversion to an int and make it unique?

    What are you trying to change it to?

    If you are trying to change sqlzealot-81 to sqlzealot than you cannot as sqlzealot already exists as a username(nickname). The system was changed a while ago to make uername unique and a number was added to some duplicate usernames to make them unique.

    Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.

    Nicknames do have to be unique.
