How to add a custom web portal url?

  We have just completed a brand new SSRS installation.
  By default web portal url says http://servername/reports but is there a way to change it to more user friendly name like http://reports2/reports etc?

  Go into Reporting Services Configuration Manager > Report Manager. Click Advanced and then Edit. Click the radio button for Host Header Name and add the URL you want people to access.

  Note that you will probably need to get a DNS entry added so that the name you want people to use resolves correctly.
