Hi all,
I need help for this purpose.
my OS is WINDOWS XP sce pack 3,
I install SQL2005 Developer edition. + Sce Pack 3
Visual Studio version is :
"Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
Version 8.0.50727.762 (SP.050727-7600)
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 2.0.50727 SP2
Installed Edition: IDE Standard
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Premier Partner Edition - ENU Service Pack 1 (KB926601)
This service pack is for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Premier Partner Edition - ENU.
If you later install a more recent service pack, this service pack will be uninstalled automatically.
For more information, visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926601".
I installed a database in my PC.(standalone).
I want to debug some stored proc.
my user is part of administrators group.
I can not start debugging. I can not see Step Into stored proc when I right clicked after having selected the stored proc.
what is wrong/missing ? I executed from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Shared\1033\rdbgsetup.exe.
Does Visual Studio IDE Standard authorized the debug ?
If not, is there a way to debug with SQL2005 Developer Edition ?
could someone give me the way to install/configure the debug process ?
any help will be more than appreciated.
thanks in advance.
