If you were integrating a feed of data for multi companies that needed it,how would you do it? The feed would be delivered once a day in a comma-separated format via an FTP site. The feed will be used by daily users using a web application.

Your question is pretty vague; so I'll turn it around. How are YOU doing it, and what problems are you having that prompted this post?

I agree too vague. What are all the conditions of how you can deliver. If you are firewalled against the customers and they cannot VPN to you directly then you are limited to how you can deliver. If they can VPN in on a regular basis then you might give a data view drivetly from the SQL Server. There are many, many options but first you have to weigh your limitations.
