Help needed for career growth

    I am having more than 2 years of experience in working on database technologies.

    i was working in an mnc in india as informatica developer for about 1 year 2 months.Then i relocated to UK and here i am working on sql server in a small retail chain.

    I am managing sql server 2000 database backups , recovery and dts processes and reporting services.

    I have also worked in java and struts (web development) at the start of my career for about 8 months.

    How can i grow my career what new things i can learn?
