I have recently setup SQL2K on a new box, about half of the files in the help dir are greyed out. Anyone know why??

greyed out in the help in Enterprise Manager? or in the BOL?
Probably you are missing files. If you let me know where, I will search my server and post a list.

I only have 118 files you have 125, I did a search for some of the files and found that they were missing..... Not sure what I am doing wrong when installing SQL Server
