    Hi,

    I have created a DTS package.

    Purpose of the package is to create the required tables and insert records from the remote server.

    This gives an error saying.

    Distributed transaction completed.Either enlist this session in a new transaction or NULL transaction.

    can some one please help/ give some pointers.

    You must have changed a default somewhere. What tasks/connections are in your package? What types of connections are you making?

    Hi Steve,

    I have not changed any defaults .

    The connections i am using are the ones which the DTS Specifies by default i mean connection 1 connection2 . in the package.
